Banana Smoothie With Milk and Honey

Natural honey, which is part of this simple recipe, is able to cheer up anyone who decides to try this dessert drink, especially children will appreciate it, because bananas are one of their favorite treats. About values and  beneficial properties of honey, as well as about its effects on our organizm, therefore, a mandatory requirement for the recipe is the presence of natural honey so that the drink turns out to be not only tasty, but also useful. Any kind of honey will do, but we advise floral (meadow) or linden. If you add two handfuls of oatmeal to the smoothie, the drink will also be nourishing, capable of replacing any breakfast sandwiches.

Ingredients:

Bananas - 1 piece
Milk - 1 cup
Honey - 1 tbsp. spoons
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. spoons
Servings Per Container: 1
Add film or vanilla if you wish

Cooking:
First you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and slice bananas. Add honey to them, pour in milk and then lemon juice. Beat until smooth consistency.
Pour in glasses, decorate with berries, nuts and fruits before serving. Enjoy the fun.
