Oatmeal Cookies with Honey

You can talk about the benefits of oatmeal for a very long time, we only briefly remind readers that if you prepare oatmeal cookies, eliminating those harmful components that are part of store confectionery (stabilizer, baking powder, preservative, emulsifier, etc.), you can not only treat yourself with homemade sweets, but also get the necessary supply of useful substances.

Ingredients:

• flour – 1 glass
• oatmeal – 1 cup
• sugar – 1/2 cup
• honey – 1/2 cup
• sour cream – 1/2 cup
• egg – 1 pc.
• oil – 100 g

We add soda to wheat flour and mix everything thoroughly and sift through a sieve. We take butter and rub it with sugar until white, in the process of mixing we add honey, sour cream, egg and oatmeal to the mass. At the last stages we fall asleep flour with soda. After all, once again carefully knead. The resulting dough is rolled out with a rolling pin into a thin cake of 3-5 mm in thickness and we make cookies from it (you can use curly molds).

We bake cookies for 10-15 minutes in the oven with a temperature of 200-220 C.
